Specializing in rock climbing shoes, the folks behind Evolv are continually striving toward being environmentally sustainable. With that in mind, they worked with TRAX® Rubber to develope eco-TRAX, a recycled content high friction rubber compound and started using it on products beginning Fall 2008, making Evolv the first climbing shoe company to use a more environmentally friendly rubber on climbing shoes. They produce two of our more popular climbing shoes, the Elektra VTR and the Defy VTR.

That said, all Petzl personal protective equipment and headlamps are individually inspected. We are proud to feature several of their harnesses, belay devices and headlamps.
